The Sr Treasury Analyst will be a key member of Corporate Treasury Team and will provide support and lead several Treasury processes including global cash management, trade finance, foreign exchange, debt compliance, and other ad hoc projects as required. In addition, they will interact with the Finance, Tax and Accounting teams across the Company. 

This position is an Individual Contributor role. The role directly reports to the Sr Manager, Treasury and routinely interacts with Division Controllers, FP&A, Risk Management, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Financial Institutions, and Capital Markets.

• Review, negotiation and implementation of banking products/ services including managing the RFP process.
• Review, negotiate and consult with banking partners and internal stakeholders on the issuance, amendment/ modification and cancelation of bank guarantees, letters of credit and surety bonds.
• Monitor and track outstanding guarantees/ bonds as well as the related fees.
• Assist with credit facility related activities including quarterly fee expense analysis and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with various teams to conduct cash repatriation strategies while ensuring liquidity in each country.
• Review and implement corresponding policies and procedures including SOX controls.
• Gathering and analyzing foreign exchange exposure.
• Lead and make proposals for improvements and efficiencies
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and implement best practices financial processes with a focus on automation.
• Support performance management and succession planning.
• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to accomplish objectives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and controls.
• Pro-actively seek out areas to add value.
• Special assignments or tasks assigned by supervisor or management.

• Bachelor`s degree in finance, accounting, or economics. MBA, CPA, or CTP preferred but not required.
• 5-7 years of progressive Treasury experience
• Experience in a multinational environment

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication (verbal and written), and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify issues and take appropriate actions.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
